Seed Cycling Balls with Blue Spirulina!

Did you know many people reach for a snack at least once a day? And there are several reasons for this. Often, it's because our stomachs start growling a few hours after our last meal. Alternatively, a snack can help lift our energy levels when we’re feeling a bit low.

However, we often gravitate towards unhealthy options that provide a temporary energy boost but can lead to a quick drop in energy as well. Regular consumption of ultra-processed snacks, which are high in added sugars and fats but low in nutrients, can negatively impact diet quality. Therefore, it's important to consider when, what, and how much to snack on. Finding this balance is key to healthy snacking.

We partnered with Hannah Muthoot, an integrated nutrition health coach, to offer you a healthy option that not only boosts your energy naturally but also provides essential nutrients such as protein, vitamins, and antioxidants. Seed Cycling Balls, made with pumpkin and flax seeds, support hormonal health. Pumpkin seeds are rich in zinc, which is vital for progesterone production, while flax seeds contain lignans that help balance estrogen levels. Flax seeds are also a great source of omega-3 fatty acids, which support heart health, reduce inflammation, and promote brain function. The Blue Spirulina in these balls supports immune function, boosts energy, and has anti-inflammatory properties.

These nutrient-packed snacks are perfect for your daily routine and will help you snack without guilt.
