Golden Glow Latte

Here’s a cozy and invigorating recipe for a Golden Glow Latte! This drink is not only delicious but also packed with health benefits, thanks to the inclusion of our Golden Glow Blend!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of milk (any variety such as almond, soy, oat, or cow's milk works well)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Gunam Golden Glow Blend
  • 1-2 teaspoons of coconut sugar or maple syrup (adjust according to taste)
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon of coconut oil or ghee 

Instructions:

  1. Combine Ingredients: Heat up milk in a small saucepan. If you’re using coconut oil or ghee, add it now for a creamier texture.

  2. Heat Gently: Place the saucepan over medium heat. Allow the mixture to warm up slowly but do not let it boil. 

  3. Sweeten and Flavor: Once the mixture is warm, remove from heat and stir in the Golden Glow Blend and coconut sugar (or maple syrup). Whisk well so everything is mixed well!

  4. Froth the Latte: Use a whisk or an electric frother to froth the latte to your desired foaminess. This step is optional but adds a delightful texture to your drink.

  5. Serve: Pour the Golden Glow Latte into a mug. If desired, sprinkle a little cinnamon on top for garnish and an extra hint of spice.

This latte is a soothing, warming experience that promotes good health. Ideal for mornings, it can also serve as a calming evening drink!
